We’re looking for a smart and ambitious Inbound Campaign Manager to help us plan and execute our pipeline growth initiatives at Rallyware. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and execute strategic marketing campaigns, manage inbound lead programs, and drive pipeline growth.

  • Managing the end to end inbound lead management process
  • Plan and execute creative, data-driven inbound campaigns to drive growth at the top of the funnel
  • Own and manage the development and optimization of our marketing automation platform, including the development of our lead scoring, lead nurturing and multi-channel distribution programs
  • Coordinate programs between Marketing and Sales.


  • 2+ years of experience marketing B2B Tech
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Minimum of 2 years managing inbound marketing campaigns
  • Creative thinker, self-motivated and results-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills, a natural team player.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in HR sector a plus
