PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER – CUSTOMER ONBOARDING

Location: Flexible

The Onboarding Project Manager is a key member of the Customer Success team. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead program implementation and software deployments for small to large scale customers and ensure a smooth customer onboarding in support of customer goals.

MARKETING CONTENT MANAGER

As a content manager you are responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that support our key growth objectives. You build and deliver compelling, keyword-rich, actionable content, including blog posts, social media content, prospecting emails, white papers, case studies, infographics, etc. You are responsible for persona development, customer journey mapping, and organic, social and paid media content strategies.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We’re looking to grow our sales team by finding bright, hardworking Account Executives who can help companies evaluate Rallyware and manage the full sales cycle with a range of business functions (developers, marketing, product, BI, analytics) within startups and other emerging businesses. The ESB sales team is new, so each member will play an integral role in helping us figure out what the ESB sale should look like, and how we can scale the business. You will be the dominant driver of revenue growth, work closely with teammates to shape the sales process, and be on the main lines of evangelising our platform to both new and existing customers.

UAT MANAGER

Location: Flexible

Rallyware is seeking a team player with a natural propensity to share concepts and techniques as well as foster and encourage sharing of knowledge. Key accountabilities include implementation of best practice techniques for test-driven development, value-based exploratory testing, systematically testing data quality aspects of applications across platforms, functional and regression testing. This role requires technical skills, including the ability to create, document and execute test strategies and test plans.
