Requirements:
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience;
- Upper-intermediate English level;
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role;
- Up-to-date portfolio;
- Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines;
- Knowledge of Web standards;
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups;
- Good knowledge of visual design (typography, grid systems, color theory, iconography, and other related aspects);
- Keen eye for details and high-quality designs;
- Ability to understand the target audience and adapt designs.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate product requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
- Illustrate low-fidelity design concepts using wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, etc.;
- Create complex medium-, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes;
- Participate in company design system creation;
- Prepare and present ideas to internal teams;
- Conduct adjustments based on user feedback;
- Prepare design files for development;
- Create design specifications;
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior;
- Team management.
