Job Description

The Lead Development Representative is responsible for assisting the development of  Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that build pipelines for the sales organization. The LDR team supports an ABM lead cadence and assists SDRs with market research for targeted companies and leads. 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of LDR experience;
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills;
  • English level — upper intermediate or higher;
  • Ability to create sales email sequences;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Outstanding communication & team working skills;
  • Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement;
  • Desire to learn, grow professionally, and potentially take other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research for target accounts;
  • Understand the vertical associated with the target account;
  • Update CRM with all relevant information;
  • Updating outbound  email templates that are to be used by SDRs;
  • Identify key personnel in target accounts to ensure CRM is up to date;
  • Identify buyer intent on public social media and review platforms;
  • Achieve or exceed goals on a monthly basis.
