Rallyware has recently completed the acquisition of Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with the third-party sellers and their retail employers responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.

As part of this acquisition, Rallyware is supporting Myagi to ensure we can provide our  customers with the best level of service possible and maximize the commercial potential of those relationships. This has created the need for a new position as an Account Manager responsible for the North American and APAC regions and looking after around $2m in ARR. 

As an Account manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing client relationships within your region and book of business. You will work alongside our Client Success team and be jointly responsible for the retention of all customers and individually responsible for maximizing commercial growth. This is a 100% remote sales role reporting to the VP Mid-Market Sales, working with the existing customer base of over 100 instantly recognizable consumer brands such as Nike, Gibson, Maui Jim, and New Balance. 


The Job Overview:

We are seeking an account manager to join our team. You will ensure customer renewals occur in an orderly process and surface any possible issues that could prevent a customer from renewing.  In addition, you will prospect, qualify, and close expansion opportunities with current customers. You must work closely with the Myagi Account Executives and Customer Success teams to do this effectively.

A successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage the strategy for client expansion and renewals;
  • Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements;
  • Develop account opportunity plans to meet client goals and objectives;
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success;
  • Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with marketing and customer success to provide solutions;
  • Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns promptly;
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings;
  • Work closely with CS members to monitor and review performance;
  • Oversee the development of new client relationships;
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention;
  • Represent the sales team at all QBRs to talk about new product offerings or expansion possibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred;
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a commercial customer-facing role (Client Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related field);
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Saas Sales or Account Manager role;
  • Experienced in SMB markets with average deals sizes of between $20,000-$250,000 ARR;
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills;
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
  • Excellent technical and communication skills;
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software;
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
  • Competency using Google Suite;
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial personality;
  • Remote working experience and desire to keep working remotely.
